Ingredients
2 Persian cucumbers
3 Persian limes
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/6 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Peel cucumbers and onions and cut them into small pieces. Cut tomatoes in small pieces. In a serving platter, add cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, lime juice, oil, mint, salt and pepper.
Serve cool.
